In 1987 our President, Dorothy Shadrick founded Association, Conferences and Exhibition Management, Inc. The company was formed to offer non-profit associations a cost-effective alternative to coordinate the myriad of activities for their associations. Ms. Shadrick has her Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Business Administration.
 

Dorothy has also received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives. This knowledge, along with over 20 years of experience in non-profit organizations will bring a new level and focus to your organization.

Ms. Shadrick has coordinated conferences for clients that range in size from 13,000 attendees to 10 people. The venues have been held throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Mexico. ACE Management has provided conference services for Corporations and non-profit professional associations. Association, Conferences and Exhibition Management, Inc. utilizes additional support staff and various outside contractors to assure the success of our clients. Outside contractors includes but is not limited to a parliamentarian, a lobbyist, a CPA, an attorney, registration workers, etc.
